消息面上，3月16日，BRILLIANCE CHI发布盈警公告，该集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度除所得税开支后溢利将较截至2023年12月31日止年度减少约60%。报告年度的预期溢利减少主要由于集团的主要联营公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司的业绩下滑；及年内附属公司已付股息预扣税约人民币14.74亿元所致。
