　　英皇国际（00163）公布，于 2025 年 3 月 18 日，该公司间接全资附属泰美有限公司拟向大兴管理有限公司出售该等物业，代价为9280万港元。该集团预期就出售事项将取得公允价值收益约3580万港元。

　　该等物业包括位于香港新界屯门屯利街 2 号新都商场 1 楼及 2 楼的 110 个停车位及 71 个单车存放位。该等物业作为投资物业持有，并连同现有租约出售。
