智通财经APP讯，永胜医疗(01612)发布公告，于2025年3月19日，公司间接拥有60%权益的附属公司VME(作为采购方)与VRDG(作为供应方)订立健康护理及保健产品采购协议，VRDG已同意于2025年3月19日至2027年12月31日(包括首尾两天)向VME提供健康护理及保健产品。
VME主要从事健康护理及保健产品的设计、销售及市场推广，其在与客户合作设计、开发及制造中扮演不可或缺的角色。VME与客户紧密合作，依据特别要求共同开发产品设计，确保最终产品符合行业标准及市场需求。健康护理及保健产品采购协议使集团能够就若干健康护理及保健产品获得稳定及可靠的供应，对其维持向客户提供高品质的定制化解决方案的能力至关重要。此次与VRDG的采购安排有助缓解潜在的供应链中断，确保VME能够在有效满足客户需求的同时，保持严格的产品品质及监管合规。
