智通财经APP讯，华津国际控股(02738)发布公告，本集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度归属于本公司拥有人应占未经审核综合净亏损约为人民币7800万元至人民币9800万元，相较之下，截至2023年12月31日止年度经审计归属于公司拥有人的综合净利约为人民币8570万元。
董事会认为，本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的预期净亏损，主要由于(其中包括)下半年收入及销量减少，部分原因是资源调配至华津码头建设所带来的影响;及受供应商热轧钢卷价格波动影响，本集团加工钢材产品及镀锌钢材产品的平均加工费(即销售价格与原材料成本之间的价差)下降。
