长江基建集团(01038)发布2024年业绩，该集团期内取得营业额389.85亿港元，同比增加1.04%;归属公司股东溢利81.15亿港元，同比增加1.1%;每股溢利3.22港元。

公告称，在具挑战性的宏观环境下，该公司于年内表现理想，旗下大部分业务均为受规管项目、或已签订长期合约、又或受惠于长期忠诚客户群。来自营运业务的溢利贡献按年取得百分之十的强劲增长。然而，受财务项目影响，包括利息成本上涨及汇兑收益较2023年减少，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度取得纯利较去年上升百分之一。

长江基建于年内完成多项收购，计有北爱尔兰配气网络 Phoenix Energy;于英国营运的陆上风电场组合 UK Renewables Energy;与及由集团旗下成员公司 UK Power Networks Services 收购的英国可再生能源资产组合 Powerlink Renewable Assets。此等项目于交易完成后随即带来收入。

于2024年8月19日，长江基建在伦敦证券交易所正式第二上市，进一步提升作为全球最大型环球基建集团之一的地位，亦为未来的重大收购增加融资渠道。
