智富资源投资(00007.HK) 公布，于上周四(13日)接获联交所发出的额外复牌指引，要求公司须进行独立内部控制审查，证明已实施足够的内部控制及程序履行上市规则下的义务。联交所并要求公司满足复牌指引中规定的所有要求，补救导致其暂停买卖的重大问题，并在允许其股份买卖恢复之前以令联交所信纳之方式全面遵守上市规则。
智富资源投资表示，现正采取适当措施履行复牌指引，尤其是编制及刊发公司尚未公布的财务业绩。其将适时知会公司股东及潜在投资者有关复牌指引的执行进度。
公司股份已自2024年4月2日起在联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖直至满足复牌指引中规定的所有要求为止。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
