郑煤机公告，公司近日收到中信银行股份有限公司郑州分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺贷款额度最高不超过1.7亿元，贷款期限不超过36个月，用于为公司回购A股股票所需资金提供融资支持。公司将根据相关规定另行开立股票回购专用证券账户，确保回购贷款专款专用。具体贷款事宜以双方签订的贷款合同为准。
