新浪科技讯 3月19日上午消息，今日举办的海尔智家2025生态大会上，海尔集团高级副总裁、海尔智家董事长兼总裁李华刚大会上疑似回应了公司近期“强制双休”舆论关切。

　　李华刚表示，“前一段时间网上有一些负面的倾向，我有必要在这里给大家解释一下，我们是连续8年的福布斯全球最佳雇主，我们旗下的GE连续三年获得美国最佳工作场所，海尔的英国公司连续三年获评英国最佳单位，这些荣耀比任何一件产品的荣耀都要伟大得多。”

　　李华刚表示，“我们实现了多种文化多元的文化融合，我们历史并购了很多企业，没有一个失败。”李华刚表示。

　　此前，消息称海尔集团要求员工“强制双休”，内部发布了全面落实双休制的通知，要求所有部门（包括研发、市场等）实行双休，周六不准来公司，食堂也不提供饭食，特殊情况需要加班的，必须提前一周审批。不过该消息引发广泛网络争议，有声音质疑其“要求员工在家里加班”。
