消息面上，思摩尔国际发布2024年度财报。期内收益117.99亿人民币，同比增加5.3%；纯利13.03亿元，同比下滑20.8%，每股基本盈利21.42分，拟派末期股息每股5港仙。中金指出，公司业绩低于预期，产品结构调整、销售及研发费用高投入下公司盈利能力短期承压。

思摩尔董事长兼总裁陈志平表示，集团支持客户推出的加热不燃烧烟(HNB)产品会在今年中在全球更多市场上市，将带来销售收入，预期今年不会带来很大的盈利贡献甚至可能有亏损，但明年开始会产生较明显的实际盈利贡献，长远盈利贡献更将超过电子烟。
