路透3月19日 - 据彭博新闻报道，知情人士透露，甲骨文(Oracle) ORCL.N正在考虑有关TikTok美国业务的提议，该提议将要求其提供安全保障并在新的美国实体中持有少量股份，同时可能将该应用程序具有影响力的算法留在中国手中。
据知情人士透露，上周特朗普政府内部流传着一项提案，要求甲骨文与美国买家合作，保证用户数据安全。由于事属机密，知情人士要求匿名。他们说，其中将包括保证更新后的美国版 TikTok 不会包含中国政府可以利用的后门。
该提案出现之际，距离达成协议以避免 TikTok 禁令只剩不到三周时间。美国法律以保护国家安全为由要求 TikTok 的中国所有者字节跳动撤资。美国总统特朗普上任第一天就发布命令，将执行时间推迟到 4 月 5 日，以争取时间达成协议，他还呼吁通过出售交易使TikTok继续在美国运营。
