智通财经APP讯，中国金融发展(03623)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的亏损较2023年同期将增加的幅度约为20%至30%。
报告期间亏损增加的主要原因包括：(i)生猪养殖业务正在为减少养殖风险而过渡性实施的养殖服务模式及小批量生产规模会影响盈利预测，导致集团的非流动资产因为预计的可收回价值低于账面值而需要计提减值亏损拨备;(ii)中国内地商业房地产市场价格下降，导致集团持有的以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产，其公允价值下降。
