消息面上，3月21日，腾盛博药-B发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团期内未取得收益；股东应占亏损5.08亿元(人民币，下同)，同比扩大190.66%；每股基本亏损0.7元。
公告称，集团的其他收入由截至2023年12月31日止年度的1.64亿元减少2230万元至截至2024年12月31日止年度的1.41亿元。该减少主要是由于美元及港元定期存款利率下降导致银行利息收入减少2080万元以及确认的政府补贴收入减少540万元。该等补贴主要为来自中国政府的激励金及其他补贴，旨在激励研发活动并在符合随附条件时确认。
