智通财经APP讯，伟业控股(01570)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度取得持续经营业务下公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币2.93亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得持续经营业务下公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币5400万元。
亏损大幅增加主要归因于减损拨备。鉴于目前物业开发业务的市况低迷，集团已进一步重新评估其现有资产。经与独立估值师初步磋商后，集团预计对其物业、厂房及设备约人民币1.10亿元、开发物业及预付费用约人民币1.20亿元以及贸易及其他应收款项约人民币3300万元计提减值拨备。
