智通财经APP讯，中信建投证券(06066)发布公告，经中国证券监督管理委员会“证监许可〔2024〕364号”文注册，中信建投证券股份有限公司(以下简称“发行人”)获准向专业投资者公开发行面值不超过人民币200亿元(含200亿元)的公司债券。中信建投证券股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(以下简称本期债券)分为两个品种，本期债券品种一期限为2年，本期债券品种二期限为3年。本期债券发行规模不超过40亿元(含40亿元)。
发行人和主承销商于2025年3月24日在网下向专业机构投资者进行了票面利率询价，根据网下向专业机构投资者询价簿记结果，经发行人和主承销商充分协商和审慎判断，最终确定本期债券品种一(债券简称：25信投G1，代码：242546)票面利率为1.98%;本期债券品种二(债券简称：25信投G2，代码：242547)票面利率为2.01%。
发行人将按上述票面利率于2025年3月25日-2025年3月26日面向专业机构投资者网下发行。
