智通财经APP讯，香港华人有限公司(00655)发布公告，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度(“本年度”)可能取得公司股东应占综合亏损约12亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(“上一年度”)则取得综合溢利约1.57亿港元。亏损主要由于本年度本集团所占合营企业亏损约 12.09亿港元(上一年度：溢利约1.69亿港元)，其乃主要由于一间合营企业所占一间按权益法入账之投资对象之亏损及合营企业之投资物业之公平值亏损净额所致(其详情于本公司日期为2025年2月14日作出之公布中披露)。本集团合营企业之该等亏损主要为非现金性质。
