智通财经APP讯，星星集团(01560)发布公告，与2023年12月31日止年度(上年度)取得的本公司权益持有人应占亏损约2.95亿港元比较，预计本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得本公司权益持有人应占亏损将增加至不少于5.80亿港元。预期亏损增加主要是由于以下项目的增加：本期间出售物业单位的毛损;本期间持有待售物业的减值;及融资成本(扣除合资格资产成本的已资本化金额后)。
