SBI Rheos Hifumi to Buy Back Up to 6 Million Shares for 1.2 Billion Yen

SBI Rheos Hifumi (TYO:165A) will repurchase up to 6 million shares, or 5.8% of issued stock, for up to 1.2 billion yen through the Tokyo Stock Exchange's off-auction repurchase system (ToSTNeT-3) on March 21 at 200 yen each, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The buyback follows a notice from a major shareholder intending to sell all holdings.
