智通财经APP讯，中木国际(01822)发布公告，供股于2025年3月17日(星期一)已成为无条件，截至2025年3月17日(星期一)下午四时正(即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请额外供股股份的最后时限)，
(i)已接获合共17份有关根据供股临时配发的合共2.48亿股供股股份的有效接纳，占供股项下可供认购的4.11亿股供股股份总额的约60.20%;
(ii)已接获合共12份有关合共3.24亿股额外供股股份的有效接纳，占供股项下可供认购的4.11亿股供股股份总额的约78.87%。
(iii)已接获1宗有关合共2300万股额外供股股份的额外供股股份申请，惟因随附支票不获兑现而属无效(不兑现支票)。
基于上述接纳及申请结果，已接获合共29份有关5.72亿股供股股份的有效接纳及申请，占供股项下可供认购的4.11亿股供股股份总数的约139.08%。因此，供股获超额认购1.61亿股供股股份，占供股项下可供认购的4.11亿股供股股份总数的约39.08%。
