智通财经APP讯，健世科技-B(09877)发布公告，自2025年3月21日起，独立非执行董事梅乐和不再担任提名委员会成员，同时，独立非执行董事杜季柳获委任为提名委员会成员，以增强公司的企业管治及满足将于2025年7月1日起实施的上市规则项下提名委员会性别多元化的新要求。
吕世文因公司内部工作调整将不再担任授权代表，而公司的联席公司秘书李远源将获委任为授权代表，自2025年3月21日起生效。
由于调整公司业务策略，吕世文建议且董事会决议吕世文由执行董事调任为非执行董事(该调任)。除该调任外，吕世文于董事会的其他职位维持不变。
