智通财经APP讯，升能集团(02459)发布公告，集团预期2024财年将取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额不超过4400万美元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占亏损净额约为1550万美元。
尽管取得本公告所提述的亏损，集团的销量达到可观增长超过6%，由2023财年的17015公吨增加至2024财年的18141公吨。销量增长反映出集团即使面对全球经济不明朗及竞争压力加剧仍务求保持市场竞争力的决心。此外，集团积极降低库存水平，加强集团的营运资金状况。与2023财年相比，集团的平均单位销售成本降低2.6%，这主要是由于集团采取生产成本控制措施。
然而，由于乌克兰╱俄罗斯冲突对集团意大利工厂现有供应链造成的不确定因素及干扰主要导致欧洲市场出现问题，于大多数地区可观察的价格动态导致石墨电极平均售价大幅下降26.1%。此外，欧洲市场的能源成本持续高企，侵蚀成本控制措施带来的任何潜在毛利，而这至少部分归因于持续的乌克兰╱俄罗斯冲突。
在销量增加导致总销售成本上升的同时，集团亦根据石墨电极现行市价评估取得存货拨备约400万美元。此外，集团预计取得物业、厂房及设备重估亏损净额约450万美元计入损益。
