智通财经APP讯，新天地产集团(00760)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得股东应占亏损介于人民币1.20亿元至1.70亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得股东应占亏损约人民币3380万元。
预期亏损增加主要由于(其中包括)以下因素的净影响：(i)集团徐州林安智慧产业园的已竣工单位销售收益减少约人民币4亿元，原因为大部分于过往年度预售的单位已于2023财年交付并确认为收益;(ii)毛利减少约人民币1.3亿元，原因为收益减少、毛利率下降及销售组合变动;(iii)预期2024财年将取得少量分占一间联营公司亏损，而2023财年分占溢利则为人民币4240万元。此外，将就失效股息及结清涉及林和村重建项目的各方应占各项成本产生净支出;(iv)所得税支出预计将大幅减少。
