智通财经APP讯，汇成国际控股(01146)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入1.56亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少24.8%;母公司拥有人应占亏损1.09亿元，同比收窄23.2%;每股基本亏损3.33分。
公告称，集团的毛利由2023年的人民币1.01亿元，减少至2024年的人民币8110万元，降幅约为19.9%。集团的整体毛利率由2023年的48.8%，增加3.2个百分点至2024年的52.0%。扣除存货拨备，集团的毛利率将由2023年的73.2%增加至2024年的77.0%。该增加乃主要因为自有品牌销售量占比提高，其毛利率较高。
