Global Business Travel Group's deal to acquire rival CWT Holdings will be valued at around $540 million, rather than $570 million, after the parties amended the terms of their agreement. The travel-management company said the amended deal calls for it to issue 50 million shares of its class A common stock at $7.50 apiece at closing, compared with 72 million shares at $6 a share previously. Shares fall 2.1%, to $7.45, in after-hours trading.
