智通财经APP讯，中远海控(01919)发布公告，为满足本集团日常经营、投资及融资的需要，董事会将于即将举行的股东周年大会上向股东建议授出新授权，自即将举行的股东周年大会之日起至本公司2025年股东周年大会之日止，本集团向被担保人按所持该等被担保人的股权比例提供的担保总额将不超过43.55亿美元(或其他等值货币，约合人民币312.46亿元)(包括截至本公告日期担保余额约14.28亿美元(约合人民币102.45亿元)和新增担保额度约29.27亿美元(约合人民币约210.01亿元))。
本集团拟为中远海运集运(本公司的全资附属公司)及其十家全资或非全资附属公司;中远海运港口(本公司的非全资附属公司)的十家全资、非全资附属公司及合营或联营公司及其他新收购公司;东方海外国际(本公司的非全资附属公司)的十四家全资附属公司;及本公司其他新项目公司提供担保。
