智通财经APP讯，鋑联控股(00459)发布公告，预期本公司于2024财年将取得的权益持有人应占净亏损约2500万元，对比截至2023年12月31日止年度的权益持有人应占净亏损约100万元。
撇除本集团的投资物业的公平值亏损，尽管2024年的市况艰难，本集团预期其业务仍取得溢利，但预期对比前一年的状况会轻微减少。
本集团于2024财年的权益持有人应占净亏损的预期增加，主要是由于2024年疲弱的非住宅物业市场导致本集团的投资物业的公平值亏损大幅增加。然而本集团投资物业的公平值亏损预期增加属于未变现及非现金性质，将于本集团的2024财年帐目反映，惟对本集团的现金流并无影响。
