智通财经APP讯，永联丰控股(09882)公布2024年业绩，收益约1.15亿港元，同比减少20.3%;公司拥有人应占溢利629万港元，同比减少71.5%;每股基本及摊薄盈利0.8港仙。
公告称，收益主要归因于2024年全年中国香港及东南亚国家联盟(东盟)地区市场需求持续下降，对收益造成负面影响。下降乃受经济放缓、本地及全球经济不明朗，以及建筑活动低迷复苏乏力的影响。因此，公司生产或采购的回转支承、机械零部件销售下降。机械销售额下降亦由于销售周期较预期长，以及多个客户的新建设项目启动延迟及现有建设项目竣工时间延迟;及毛利率下降乃归因于产品组合变动，尽管利润率较低的全新机械及矿物销售额有所上升，但利润率较高的回转支承的销售下滑。
