【康泰生物：拟与阿斯利康设立合资公司 项目投资总额预计为27.6亿元】金十数据3月21日讯，康泰生物公告称，公司拟与阿斯利康投资（中国）有限公司聚焦疫苗建立深度战略合作伙伴关系，并在北京经济技术开发区设立合资公司，作为在中国开发创新疫苗的平台，面向中国市场和新兴市场供应疫苗。该合资公司注册资本预计为3.45亿人民币（折合5000万美元），双方各持50%股权。合资公司投资总额预计为4亿美元（约合27.6亿人民币）。合资公司也将成为阿斯利康在中国首个且唯一的疫苗生产基地。
