提供顺风车平台服务。我们的收入主要来自向在我们平台提供顺风车搭乘服务的私家车车主收取服务费。我们提供顺风车平台服务所得收入由截至2023年12月31日止年度的7.74亿元减少2.6%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的7.54亿元，主要是由于随着其他出行行业竞争加剧，顺风车完单量略微下降。
提供智慧出租车服务。我们的智慧出租车服务收入全部来自出租车网约服务。我们提供智慧出租车服务所得收入由截至2023年12月31日止年度的1130万元减少45.7%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的620万元，主要是由于我们整体出租车战略从网约化调整至出租车扬招和网约一体化的新出行战略，该战略还没开始变现。
提供广告及其他服务。我们在我们的移动App内向第三方商家提供广告位，收入主要来自收取广告费。我们亦根据第三方服务提供商通过我们平台所产生的销售机会或获得的新客户数量就汽车增值服务向彼等收取佣金。我们提供广告及其他服务所得收入由截至2023年12月31日止年度的2970万元减少7.4%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的2760万元，主要是由于我们品牌类的公司客户的广告预算因宏观经济条件而不断减少。
