智通财经APP讯，大生地产(00089)发布2024年全年业绩，收入4.82亿港元，同比减少1.13%;股东应占亏损3.33亿港元，同比扩大79.58%;每股基本亏损1.16港元;拟派发末期股息每股5港仙。
公告称，集团的核心物业租赁业务维持稳定，毛租赁收入较去年轻微下跌0.1%。于2024年，来自香港物业租赁收入有所提升并温和增长4.5%，但被美国业务的租赁收入下跌所抵销。而酒店及餐饮业务的收入较去年则减少4.9%。
