智通财经APP讯，上实城市开发(00563)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入124.40亿港元，同比增长56.4%;公司拥有人应占亏损3.31亿港元，上年同期溢利4.946亿港元;每股基本亏损6.93港仙。
期内收入同比上升，主要由于多个项目交付的销售额较去年同期上升。年内，物业销售收入作为集团最主要收入来源，占总收入91.2%(2023年：86.4%)。其中西安自然界、天津上实仰山、上海上实望海、上海上实云端、烟台上实云麓分别占物业销售收入的31.9%、25.7%、18.0%、15.3%和4.6%。
期内业绩由盈转亏，主要由于年内交付项目中毛利率较高的项目较去年有所减少、年内销售单价因市场情况下调及年内就物业项目确认若干减值亏损所致。
