智通财经APP讯，洛阳钼业(603993.SH)发布2024年年度报告，公司2024年年度营业收入2130.29亿元，同比增长14.37%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润135.32亿元，同比增长64.03%;归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润131.19亿元，同比增长110.48%;基本每股收益0.63元/股。拟向全体股东每10股派发现金股利2.55元(含税)。
公司在刚果(金)运营两座世界级矿山TFM和KFM。TFM拥有5条生产线，具备45万吨以上的年产铜能力;KFM拥有1条生产线，具备15万吨以上的年产铜能力。2024年，刚果(金)板块提升组织和管理效率，优化工艺流程，攻坚克难，实现营业收入506亿元，同比增长80.71%，营业成本为265.63亿元。公司在中国运营三道庄钼钨矿和上房沟钼铁矿，生产覆盖采、选、冶全环节。虽然品位和钼价“双降”，但该板块践行降本增效，精耕细作，发挥技术优势，发扬工匠精神，紧抓钨市场机遇，2024年全年实现营业收入81.19亿元，营业成本为47.24亿元。公司全资子公司洛钼巴西在当地运营两座优质矿山。2024年，洛钼巴西推进组织管理变革，锚定产量目标，产量创历史新高，实现营业收入65.41亿元，同比增长3.42%，营业成本为45.17亿元。
