智通财经APP讯，深圳控股(00604)发布公告，预期集团于2024财年将取得权益股东应占未经审核综合亏损介乎约10亿港元至12亿港元之间，比对截至2023年12月31日止年度(“2023财年”)取得权益股东应占经审核综合亏损约2.61亿港元。
预计权益股东应占净亏损增加主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：(1)集团于2024财年竣工并交付给买方的物业的毛利率和毛利下降;(2)2024财年集团分占合资企业及联营企业亏损的增加;(3)集团于2024财年取得投资物业公允价值变动所产生的亏损(比对2023财年所取得的收益);及(4)集团2024财年计提物业及相关资产减值准备增加。
