智通财经APP讯，招金矿业(01818)发布公告，于2025年3月24日(交易时段前)，公司(作为发行人)与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司同意发行且配售代理同意作为公司的代理，根据配售协议所载条款及条件，尽最大努力以促使不少于六名承配人以每股配售股份14.16港元认购合共最多1.4亿股新H股。配售价较H股于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股H股15.04港元折让约5.85%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数认购，配售所得款项总额及所得款项净额预计分别约为19.82亿港元及19.71亿港元。按此基准计算，每股配售股份的净价约为14.08港元。本次配售所得款项净额将用于补充公司营运资金及偿还银行贷款。
