【富途：证监会新指引不会影响焦点新股发行】金十数据3月21日讯，香港证监会昨日就首次公开招股(IPO)认购及融资服务，向持牌发团提供额外指引，列明未获客户预先缴足资金的新股认购指示，应向客户收取最低相等于认购金额10%的按金。富途证券创办人兼董事长李华相信，这不会影响焦点新股发行，但对新股认购热度或带来一点影响。李华认为，证监会推出指引的原因乃忧虑投资者杠杆过高，认为指引不是坏事。富途证券董事总经理谢志坚对此新指引表示欢迎。对于孖展只能借最多九成会否打击新股市场，谢志坚称，用户认购新股与否取决于对新股的兴趣，又指富途一直做好风险防控措施，跟足监管规例。
