金吾财讯 | 国泰君安表示，近日，国家金融监督管理总局发布《关于发展消费金融助力提振消费的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。《通知》旨在落实关于提振消费专项行动的工作要求，更好满足消费领域金融需求。《通知》涵盖供给扩容、管理优化、合理纾困、环境建设四方面。该行指，《通知》有利于激发居民消费潜力，同时提高金融服务质量。提高信贷额度刺激消费需求、延长信贷期限缓解借款人中长期消费的资金压力，有利于激发居民消费潜力，带动消费金融行业的规模增长，汽车信贷对于额度和期限的要求更高，更为受益。消费信贷增长利好消费需求提升，且信用卡办理流程改进，信用卡办理的便利性得到提升，银行卡收单行业也会收益。该行续称，《通知》提高额度、延长期限有利于汽车信贷规模增长，推荐头部第三方汽车金融公司易鑫集团，消费需求改善及信用卡办理流程优化利好信用卡收单机构，推荐头部支付机构拉卡拉(300773)、移卡(09923)。
