智通财经APP讯，康泰生物(300601.SZ)公告，公司董事会审议通过了《关于签订<经济发展合作协议><条款清单>暨对外投资设立合资公司的议案》。公司拟与阿斯利康投资(中国)有限公司(简称“阿斯利康”)聚焦疫苗建立深度战略合作伙伴关系，并在北京经济技术开发区设立合资公司，作为在中国开发创新疫苗的平台，面向中国市场和新兴市场供应疫苗。该合资公司的注册资本预计为3.45亿人民币(折合5000万美元)，公司与阿斯利康分别持有50%的股权，合资公司的投资总额预计为约4亿美元(约合27.6亿人民币)，最终实际投资金额根据项目进展情况而定。合资公司也将成为阿斯利康在中国首个且唯一的疫苗生产基地。该基地相关的疫苗预计包括阿斯利康的呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和人偏肺病毒(hMPV)的在研组合疫苗(也称为IVX-A12)及其他创新产品。
公告称，本次合作主要聚焦在创新疫苗领域开展合作，有助于增强公司的创新能力，提升公司核心竞争力，深化公司在疫苗领域的战略布局。
