智通财经APP讯，天鸽互动(01980)发布公告，预期集团于2024财年将取得全面收益约人民币5310万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得全面亏损人民币1.066亿元。与此同时，集团于2024财年的净收入预计将达约人民币1990万元，而2023财年则为净亏损人民币1.351亿元。
集团由2023年的净亏损扭转为2024年净溢利主要由于以下两个方面的影响：1.金融资产公平值增长：首先，由于利率环境转变，联储局于2024年停止加息并开始减息。由于市场利率下调，集团固定收益类资产价格上扬，推动其公平值增长。其次，科技股(尤其是人工智能(AI)及云计算)股价飙升，对集团于科技板块股票及基金持仓的公平值带来积极影响。再次，受全球资本市场的上升势头影响，2024年资本市场(如美国股市)整体表现强劲，而集团于股票及股本基金持仓的公平值亦随之上涨，带动利润增长。
2.非上市股本投资的估值增加：集团数年前已投资多家非上市公司的股本，涵盖的领域包括社交推理游戏、电子商贸以及短视频平台。由于该等非上市公司的经营业绩表现出色，集团非上市股本投资的估值于2024年取得大幅增长。此外，该等公司与集团的主营业务保持相关联系，预计未来将带来业务及增长的协同效益，推动集团的金融资产公平值增加。
