智通财经APP讯，中国派对文化(01532)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得亏损净额约人民币7000万元至人民币7400万元，而2023年度则取得亏损净额约人民币1860万元。
亏损净额大幅增加主要是归因于：受宏观经济形势不利及出口贸易环境下滑的综合影响，收益由2023年度约人民币3.56亿元大幅减少不少于30%至本年度约人民币2.40亿元;透过将物业、厂房及设备的可收回金额与假发业务项下的账面值比较，确认物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损约人民币1130万元;与公司主要从事衣物清洁护理、个人清洁护理及家居清洁护理产品业务的现金产生单位有关的商誉减值亏损约人民币840万元;及股东于2025年3月5日举行的公司股东特别大会上批准出售一间物业控股附属公司，导致重新分类为持作出售资产的土地及物业取得减值亏损约人民币1180万元。
