智通财经APP讯，富豪产业信托(01881)发布公告，预期富豪产业信托于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得未计及基金单位持有人分派前亏损约为港币2.044亿元，而于2023年财政年度则取得盈利港币2.657亿元。
预计年度产生的亏损包括富豪产业信托投资物业组合于2024年12月31日之估值下跌所产生的公平值亏损为港币1.288亿元(2023年：公平值盈利港币3.669亿元)。
倘不计及该公平值变动之影响，富豪产业信托将于2024年取得核心经营亏损港币7560万元，较去年亏损港币1.012亿元有所改善。2024年核心经营亏损主要由于香港银行同业拆息全年持续于相对高位徘徊，导致富豪产业信托按此计息之银行贷款借贷成本产生巨大财务费用。
因此，就各项非现金项目作出调整后，富豪产业信托预期于2024年取得经调整亏损约为港币9060万元(2023年：经调整亏损为港币1.276亿元)。故此，预期不会宣派年内的末期分派。
