金吾财讯 | 海螺水泥(00914)股价发力，截至发稿，涨3.4%，报24.3港元，成交额5235万港元。消息面上，麦格理表示，内地建筑活动于春节后出现回升，符合历史水平，至于建筑机械等领先指标增长强劲。华东地区水泥企业于3月初上调水泥价格，而华南地区于过去数周亦进行两轮提价。该行认为，水泥价格上涨主要由于去年下半年的供应管控措施重现，领先企业在激烈价格战后同意差异化停产；以及春节淡季后建筑活动回升。该行续指，就供应端管控的前景进行讨论。该行预期供应管控日后将持续，并支持水泥价格，其中西南、西部及北部地区低库存将有助水泥价格上涨。
中信建投表示，近期建筑材料板块多个细分产品开始涨价：大宗建材中，全国水泥均价自2月底以来连续两周回升、玻纤中缠绕直接纱价格自2月底以来两次调升、电子纱前期价格提涨整体推进顺畅，本周新价陆续执行。该行认为在开工逐渐复苏的背景下，各子品类的涨价有望带动建材板块新一轮的上涨行情。
