智通财经APP获悉，绿城中国(03900)午后跌近6%，截至发稿，跌4.31%，报12港元，成交额4.12亿港元。
消息面上，绿城中国将于3月28日举行董事会会议以审批全年业绩。公司此前发布盈警，预计2024年止年度股东应占利润将较上年度的31.18亿人民币下降50%以内，主要是房地产整体下行，及公司主动加大长库存去化力度，加快库存结构调整，导致计提资产减值损失增加。撇除相关因素，股东应占利润预计有所上涨。
瑞银发表研究报告指，绿城中国预期去年盈利同比跌50%，该行估算净利润率约1%左右。该行表示，当内地一线及核心二线城市的销售变得稳定，预期集团今年的净利润率将会上升，又上调其今明两年的利润率预测介乎1至2个百分点，而盈利预测则调升介乎5%至28%。
