智通财经APP讯，百福控股(01488)发布公告，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度预期取得归属于公司权益持有人净亏损增加至不超过人民币2.80亿元，相较于截至2023年12月31日止年度净亏损人民币1.63亿元。预期亏损主要是由于本年度预计确认的商标减值及联营公司投资的减值亏损。
商标减值主要是由于(i)本年度因餐厅关闭及部分餐厅表现不佳导致收入下降;(ii)截至2024年12月31日可比公司的企业价值与销售倍数下降，两者共同导致现金生成单元的可收回金额减少，该金额通过评估公允价值减去处置成本确定。此外，集团预计将确认本年度对某些联营公司投资的减值亏损，这是在考虑了确定这些联营公司投资可收回金额的相关因素后得出的，包括其业务恶化及相应的财务表现和财务状况，以及这些联营公司可比公司的企业价值与销售倍数的下降。商标及联营公司投资的初步减值评估是根据香港会计准则第36号“资产减值”进行的。减值亏损为非现金项目，不会对集团的现金流产生影响。
