智通财经APP讯，中国集成控股(01027)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损净额约人民币9300万元相比，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得溢利净额约人民币1100万元。
取得溢利的主要原因为：(i)截至2024年12月31日止年度，由于市况改善，对尼龙雨伞及雨伞零部件的需求增加，故收益增加约人民币5900万元及(ii)截至2024年12月31日止年度，预期信贷亏损减值亏损拨回约人民币3600万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则确认预期信贷亏损减值亏损约人民币6900万元。
