梅斯健康预计2024年净利润不超3000万元
3月21日，梅斯健康（02415）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的报告期内，公司的净利润将较截至2023年12月31日的5500万元减少至不超过3000万元。
这一下降主要由多个因素导致，包括股份奖励计划引发的行政开支增加、缺乏相应期间的可转换可赎回优先股的公允价值收益约1280万元、以及在当前宏观经济形势下客户决策时间延长导致项目执行延迟。
此外，公告指出，公司的收益在报告期间也有所下降，主要是由于行政开支的增加，这与公司致力于扩展国际市场的努力密切相关。尽管短期内盈利能力波动，但公司整体运营依然稳健，董事会对未来发展充满信心。
