Palomar Holdings (PLMR) agreed to acquire Advanced AgProtection, an Amarillo, Texas-based specialized crop managing general agent, for an undisclosed price.
The acquisition is expected to close in Q2, Palomar said Thursday in a statement.
Palomar invested in Advanced AgProtection in 2023 at the start of their partnership.
