智通财经APP获悉，周五，蓝帽子(BHAT.US)涨逾7%，报2.90美元。消息面上，3月18日，蓝帽子成功完成其香港全资子公司Golden Alpha Strategy Limited与Macau Rongxin Precious Metals Technology Co., Ltd.黄金交易的尾款支付。本次尾款金额为3387万美元。此次交易源于2024年8月28日签署的合作协议，Golden Alpha Strategy Limited以每克473.78元(约合1990美元/盎司)的价格购买了1吨黄金，总计4.74亿人民币。随着国际黄金价格的持续上涨，蓝帽子的账面利润已超过2500万美元。
蓝帽子首席执行官表示：“这一交易的成功完成和市场表现再一次证明了我们团队的正确投资判断和强大的市场敏锐度。我们预计这笔1吨黄金交易不仅显著提高了公司在贵金属领域的行业地位，还为我们未来业务扩张的计划奠定了坚实基础。”
他进一步指出：“从财务角度来看，账面利润的大幅增加将显著改善公司的基本报表，为我们在黄金产业链中进一步布局提供充足的财务支持。同时，我们期望黄金资产的升值潜力也将惠及公司的长期回报。”
