　　美的置业（03990）盈警后涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.61%，现报3.16港元，成交额635.79万港元。

　　3月21日，美的置业发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的净利润21.25亿元（人民币，下同）及公司拥有人应占核心净利润10.297亿元相比，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占核心净亏损将取得19.50亿元至20.50亿元之间。此转变的主要原因是集团预期报告期内由实物分派部分产生的物业减值取得公司拥有人应占核心净亏损24亿元至26亿元之间。
