智通财经APP讯，中国太平(00966)发布公告，该公司附属太平人寿已于2023年12月21日及2025年3月21日在全国银行间债券市场发行完毕2期总额合共为人民币200亿元的无固定期限资本债券。该债券票面利率分别为每年3.30%及2.40%，自发行缴款截止日起每5年调整一次，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附太平人寿有条件赎回权。
