Top End Energy (ASX:TEE) appointed Luke Velterop as chief executive officer, effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Velterop joined the company in December 2024 with the acquisition of Serpentine Energy, per the filing.
Top End Energy's shares were up 4% in recent trade.
