智通财经APP获悉，煤炭股午后涨幅扩大，截至发稿，中国秦发(00866)涨5.68%，报0.93港元；中国神华(01088)涨3.03%，报32.3港元；中煤能源(01898)涨0.74%，报8.18港元。
国泰君安此前发布研报称，港口煤价已经跌破700元/吨，市场依然悲观的情况下对应的是全产业链库存处于历史下沿区域，价格或已经计入充分的悲观预期。预计3月煤价及需求均会触及中期意义上的底部，4月随着进口煤量下滑及非电煤需求的抬升，基本面有望步入上升轨道。在政策端后续有望加码背景下焦煤板块是核心。
长江证券则指出，尽管在淡季及高库存环境下短期煤价不排除二次探底风险，但煤价下跌的二阶导函数将收窄，市场对煤炭板块的利空因素也将逐渐钝化，随着 4 月后供需有望改善 &一季报风险释放&股权登记日到来，板块有望获得超额收益。
